Replies sorted oldest to newest

They ranged in size from 12 to 14 lbs. I did cook them perpendicular to the door. I cooked them fat side down with the point towards the door because that is the hot side on my FE. I keep the deflector pushed towards the back. It was a good idea except I shouldn't have trimmed the fat off the points like I normally do. Some of the points got way overdone and some were even burnt. Live and learn.
