Our cook team switched exclusively to FECs in Clermont, FL last weekend and got First place in Chicken. Cooking was effortless. It almost felt like cheating. Thanks FE, great smokers.

We use the same smoker for Butts and Chicken with ribs in the other at that time in the comp.

Used my new FE for the first competition of the year in February at Pikes Market in Seattle. I took 2nd place in chicken and 5th place in ribs. This is the first time I have ever place in a competition. I love my Fast Eddy.
