Hey gang! just stopped by to say I LOVE my Cookshack. Had never done ribs until last weekend, so I was a little unsure/skeptical about how well I would do. Thanks to this forum and all the tips and the ease of cookshack they turned out fantastic. The company we had over said they maybe the best ribs they have ever eaten. Emboldened by those comments, I set out to make some more today. They turned out better than my 1st set. cooked them at 225, spritzed them after 3 hours then again an hour later. Mopped them with some BBQ sauce I got at a local merchant. Let them cook, did the tooth pick test and tried the bend test. Used my best intuition and pulled them about 30 minutes later. They were fantastic!
