I bought a pack of spares from the store for .99lb in August. 13LB'S. Turned out to be 3 big racks, OMG, had to do some trimming but I got most in. Two on the top shelf one on the bottom with the tips I had to cut off for it all to fit. One rubbed in Garlic & Pepper mix from McCormics, one in Rib rub from Cookshack, one in trail dust from High Mountain, and the tip and bits I could put on were Cookshack chicken rub. A chunk of Mulberry at 230 Degrees. We will be taste testing at about 7:00 tonight.

Good luck.

Not sure if you're asking for help or just telling.

My thoughts. Those are full spare's, you could have trimmed them down to St. Louis.

Not sure what time they went in (post was 11:43 central) but they'll quite possibly take 6 or 7 hours.

Don't even open the door for the first 5 hours. You can also bump the temp up at 5 hour to get them done.

OR just let them do and see how they finish and when.
