Just put in 44 racks of babybacks in my CS200, catch is it is 45 below 0 out there. This is the true test of a cookshack insulation. The ribs will be done between 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Thank you CS, making money hasn't been so easier.

Hoping to get down there by September, I will let you know so maybe we could do a little BBQ for our family's. Just rotated the top and bottom shelves, they're looking pretty good. Warmed up a bit it is only -15 right now. We're heading off to Hawaii in January, but only for a week.
