Done Sunday, I think the picture says it all.

Rubbed with equal parts CS Spicy Chicken rub and brown sugar. Pulled at 12 hrs and wrapped in foil and towels then into a cooler for 1.5 hrs. Set into refrigerator to hold until next day. 2.5 hrs in a 200 degree oven to reheat then pulled to perfection. Very moist and tender.

You can see the plateau that is hit at about 170 degrees.
