Ok I have cooked a total of three pork shoulders in my cookshack one that was in the 7 lb range one a little smaller and a 8 pounder. I'm smoking a pork shoulder for a get together Monday it starts at 12 Monday my question is the last 8 lb but I cooked my notes say 14 hours would it be ok if I started this one around 6 on Sunday evening? If this one gets done in 14 hours that will be around 8 am Monday would the but be ok wrapped in foil and in a cooler till time to pull? Just dont want it to be not ready? Cook temp will be 225
