Hi - I bought a used 150 last year when the old Houston Club moved. It worked great but now I've developed an issue. Which is the actual smoking box temperature is much hotter than the control panel setting. I'm guessing it is a probe problem (which leans to one side) but wanted to check for input or testing ideas first. Thanks Grady

Good questions from Wilber. I own a 150 and love it. I would clean the sensor, check to see how tight the heating element is. It's a really simple machine and hard for too much to go "wrong" with it. Clean the sensor off really well, clear out the chimney, really clean the bottom and be sure you're getting lots of air flow.

Call Cookshack fist thing Monday, they're AMAZING
