coffeebluff turned me onto this site a few weeks ago. after spending some time there it is a very good resource for pros. while it doesn't deal primarily with bbq the professionals forum is great!!!! be advised that at times it can get rough and i have seen a few instances of non-pros posting opinions that get them their heads handed but hey it is marked pros so take it from there.

thanks for the heads up on the site. it is nice to read what other pros have done to solve their problems and is certainly more refreshing then reading the insipid gas vs electric vs pellet vs stick burner argument over at the bbq forum. what most comp cooks forget is we have to be able to reproduce our product exactly the same everyday and that is something they have no experience at any more then they have experience with bathroom sanitation requirements and boy there is a thread lol
