Accident, Would appreciate Any Help

Anyway, the best advice I can give is to call cookshack and they will get you up and running as soon as possible. Although I don't know their holiday schedule.

Have you tried to push the reset button on the smoker. If you do not know where it is you can do two things. Un-screw the screws on the controller and fold it down and there is a green button on the hopper you can push. You can also unplug the unit and take the side cover off and reach thru the hole that all the wire go to the controller and reach up and push the button. This would be easier to do. You can tell from inside the cabinet where the re-set button is located. Not sure that this will solve the problem, but it is worth the try.

Reset button appears to have fixed the problem.I never would have found the reset button without your clear directions. We do certainly appreciate you taking the time to respond with such explicit directions. Thanks to all who responded.

That button is like a secret. Having designed locomotives for the average dumb engineer to operate, I can't for the life of me figure out why it is so well hidden. I moved mine to where I can get to it with a pencil.

I have been out of town for several days without acess to my computer. Thanks again to all who responded. There was no damage to my home. Just a winter thunderstorm with heavy duty straight line winds.
