Since we have been discussing beef ribs,wondering what good ones look like,and maybe how to get them,here is A.P.L. cooking them in his outdoor kitchen experiment in LA.

A couple months back we were discussing beef ribs,where we could get them,and where do they come from.
I'm fortunate that my teammate Ribdog is able to produce some of the best around,so I thought some might like to know a little more about how to get "the real,right stuff".
