Ok, one more question and then its off to work...
When I smoke spareribs in my smokette it is usually 6 hours.
if for any reason it isn't 6 hours, then its only 15 minutes one way or the other.
I want to start using my smokette twice a day so I will have a good supply of ribs by the time the weekend rolls around. In order to do so , I would have to smoke them while I'm at work which means a 9 hour smoke....can this be done if I drop my temp?....the 6 hour smoke is at 225 degrees. If this can be done, what would the temp need to be?
When I get home I would be able to load the smokette again and go back to the 6 hour--225 degree run.
Thanks for any advice you may have.
