Just pulled a boston butt from my 025 after 14.5 hours and off course I had to have a small taste. 0900 hours may not be the "normal" time for bbq butt I couldn't wait.

All I have to say is WOW! I love this smoker!

Made ribs for a small party last weekend and those too were out of this world. Did I say I love this thing?
