Help I think I'm out of control. I have read many posts about cleaning of the walls door and so on but I can't help myself when it comes to trying to keep it looking like new. I foil the bottom and drip pan but I wash the walls top and door every time. It's not to hard to wipe up the smoke residue and I do have a small amount of stuff left that I can't get off at the end of cleaning, the smoke comes off fairly easily, just a lot of time at the end of the day. I try to keep the racks as new but again I think this might be overkill also. I worry about the health inspector a little and I am a clean freak. Am I going over board with this type of cleaning or not? Thanks, Ken
