Hey,
I put my new Am-Q on 10" stills sort of like the Fast Eddy. Love the added height.

I'd like to share the photos in case someone else would be interesed in the same design.

I used larger 4" rubber casters and 8020 extruded aluminum for the stilts. It was a quick bolt on. Looks very professionally done, like it was designed for the smoker.

Can I directly cut and past a j-peg file or do I need a host to copy from?

Good Day, Louie-Q lets see those photos of the AQ raised up. Sounds like a good idea for my smokette. Tks in advance.
Just cooked my first pork butt on a new Amerique. The good news: tender and succulent. The bad news: no smoke. I cooked it at 225 to a meat temp of 195. Opened her up and, surprise!, no smoke. When I cured it the smoke was everywhere. Did I put the fire box in backward? I feel like an idiot!
