I know that there had been some discussion in the past with America's Best Barbecue's customer service, but I ordered a smokette and got several emails in the past week advising of shipment status and it arrived in less than a week in perfect shape. And no shipping charges, taxes and it was $396. I also inquired from my work email regarding the shipment and they responded immediately. I had great experience with their customer service.
