Hi all,
I've been lurking about lately and this is my first post. I recently purchased a Cookshack Smokette 009 from americasbestbbq.com, but I can't get ahold of them to try to get a shipping confirmation or tracking number. Anyone here ever dealt with them? I'm getting kinda worried that they may have some "issues". I've tried to send them emails, which all get rejected, and whenever I call the 800 service number, I get the same recording to leave a message, yet they never get returned. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I found this forum after I had already ordered from them. Otherwise, I would've ordered directly from Cookshack.

Thanks Stuart. Now that is AWESOME customer service. They just called, right before I rechecked the forum. Said it would be 2-4 weeks and that it has not shipped yet. I saw that on their website, but I kinda thought that they had them in stock. Sounds like they get them from you, and then ship them out. I definitely would have bought directly from you guys if I would've found your site earlier. Thanks again,

Well, my Smokette arrived yesterday - it was waiting at the door when I got home from work. They did deliver it early, but I never got the confirmation that it even shipped. They even told me yesterday that it had not shipped yet. Oh well, it was in perfect condition when I opened it, so I can't really complain. Just wish that they would've followed up a little better and let me know what was going on. I guess I'll be seasoning it tomorrow night.
