I have the new model AQ with the black controller and each time I smoke I get condensation inside the controller on the LCD. I called CS today and talked to Bill. He suggested I remove the screws and skew the controller, which worked as the condensation has evaporated. He seemed baffled as to how the moisture is getting in there though and wondered out loud if there should be a vent at the top of the controller. Anyone else noticing this? It's not a hot or humid day today by any means.

More likely it was moisture that was trapped during the manufacturer and the heating caused it to now appear. We have had several weeks of 90+ humidity
Mine does that when the wind is such that the heat and steam coming out of the top of the smoker blows back toward the control unit. When I turn it off, it has always gone away. It hasn't caused a problem yet that I know of.
