Hi again,

Not much response on my last questions. Here goes this one. I'm alittle concerned about the electronics on the AmeriQue. I live in Buffalo NY where we have very cyclical weather including alot of snow. Since I will be leaving the smoker outside (covered) all of the time, will the electronic hold up? Especially in the darks of winter?

We have people with CS's in the far north, Alaska, etc. Don't know, but if you're that worried, just call CS and ask them about your concerns.

If you keep it covered you should be fine. No electronics should be "left" fully exposed to the elements, so if you keep it covered all times, except when cooking, you'll be fine. I wouldn't let it get covered in water/snow, etc and then let it freeze. Just protect it when exposed.
