AmeriQue High Temp Question

I've been lurking, reading and posting questions. Got another one. In reading the specs for the various reidential CS electric smokers, I noticed that it states that the AQ will get up to 300 degrees. What is different about the AO? Does the extra 50 degrees make it a more versatile cooker that the 008/009 and the 50/55?

It might almost crisp poultry skin, if that's your bag.

There are several differences between the AmeriQue and the other smokers you listed. I will let AmeriQue owners chime in on it.
