After 13 hours probe temp was 171 turned smoker up to 250 3 hours later probe temp 195.

Hi GeiyserQ,

I got the idea of mixing woods from reading that some pellet cookers use the technique to create a signature of their own from blending pellets.
I ordered the sample kit and wanted to try something other then hickory.
Still have not used only all cherry or only all apple.
Used mesquite once to smoke jalapenos.
