They do work in the the Smokette. I ordered a set from Cookshack and just used them this past Sunday.
I have to tell you it was by far the best batch of ribs I've done. The reason I feel these were so good was because each rack of ribs got even heat all the way around. I pulled them out when the meat reached 190 deg. They were moist, and extremely tender, almost "falling off the bone" but not quite. Just the way I like em.
You won't be disappointed, it's a great idea.
I believe though without crowding too much, you'll only be able to use 6 hooks for pork ribs, like the pictures in that other post. But that's equivalent to 3 racks of ribs. (more than enough for my needs). I gave the other 6 to my brother who also loves his Smokette.
