Guess I'm a glutton...for punishment.
Third contest out, I couldn't do it easy, oh no, not 'ole Smokin.
I enter a contest with two contests and we're a two person team, and person two doesn't cook.
It's a joint KCBS/IBCA smoke.
Normal 4 categories for KCBS (chicken, ribs, butts, brisket) and 3 categories for IBCA (1/2 chicken, spare ribs and brisket). All the turn in times are staggered except for Chicken, and both are at the same time.
Can't wait to see what I put in this report...
