The Cookshack Mobile Outdoor Barbecue Kitchen, is as far as we know, the first of its kind. We are giving forum members a headsup first, and a limited time price. Take a look at the

This is the first information published on this product, and we will be adding information to the website as it becomes available. Look for pics tomorrow.

Take a look at the link at the top of this post. Photo links have been added. Please note that the photos show the Kitchen in trailer mode only. Stuart is busier than a one-armed paper hanger and decided to take these photos himself. He just forgot to take one of it on the ground. We'll get one there soon!

Click on the link at the top of this post. It goes to a web page at www.cookshack.com which contains photo links for three different views of the kitchen on the trailer.

It's pretty cool. I saw it last week when I picked up Big Red #2 (known as Sooner).

The wheel assembly comes off completely and you can lower it down the full way. The four levels independently to get it level.

I'm just trying to figure out if I need one to hook onto my trailer.
You're probably right, Smokin', but one of the uses listed on the page that Donna linked is catering, so i was just wondering... At least a three basin sink would be great for competition cooking as well, but I ge around that with bus tubs today, so that's not that big of an issue.
We are at the Cherokee Strip Cookoff in our hometown of Ponca City, where CEO Stuart and daughter Jessica are putting the new kitchen through its paces.

We are getting lots of great feedback from experienced teams on the kitchen.

There are six "FEC" teams here, out of 40 teams total. Wish you were here!

Looks like an awesome rig Donna. The ONLY thing I would change is to replace the pellet grill with the new CookShack pellet grill. Smiler And I too would see this as an entry level to weekend catering vs tailgating. It really seems extreme for that.. but Im a simple man. Im gonna start saving my quarters. Wink Hats off to the whole Cookshack gang. Great job!!

Ron, we are looking at a couple of ideas for the catering / sink issue. I think we can come up with something.

Thanks, Cadillac!
See now, "The Q Kitchen, by Cookshack" MUCH better!!!

Though I think I should get partial credit for coming up with Q-Cina (meaning Q Kitchen) Don't you think??!?!?

You know, a new FEC-100 as a thank you???

Maybe even a new Q Kitchen???

How about a box of wood???

Maybe a pound of pellets??

Well, ok....I'm happy enough that Cookshack has a great new product! Good luck y'all with it. Make millions!!

I've been up in Michigan, enjoying the cool weather, for over a week, and just got caught up on this thread. Thanks for all your naming suggestions! Unfortunately, we are hogging all the credit for naming the thing, and there are no FEC100's being given away. So sorry! Big Grin

Sorry if this is a little OT, but where in Michigan? Hope you got to see some of the beautiful fall color we have here. You must have brought us some warm weather to - 80º yesterday, an anomally in October.
