They were swift premium "back ribs". They have a lot of meat on them. What would you consider Baby Backs? Under 3 I take it? A store out here had them for $2.99lb. I had some success tonight with the 3 racks. 250 for about 3.5 hours and the bone was clean with just a little pull. The bigger rack was a bit firmer but they were perfect for when I reheat on the grill. The next test is when I need to do a full load of 12 to 15 slabs. Larger slabs at the bottom is what I did with my old Masterbuilt.
