Myron did that for TV, no good cook does it that way but it's basically a modified butter bath method chicken something I also do not do.

just something my sis was asking about? Not much when googled but Myron's name did come up.

Yep,that Myron is a great hawg cook,and a true salesman.

Myron demonstrated his cup cake chicken method on the Craig Ferguson show a few months back. I couldn't believe how much butter he put on that chicken. He simply piled it on.

appreciate it but was really just curious; I don't think it is necessarily a method I'd use for smoking in my CS.

Myron has also done a demo on several other shows,of other items.We all enjoy the laugh at the next cookoff.

But yes,like Smokin' says,some cooks have changed the "blue squeeze margarine" to a butter bath.I guess less transfat for the judges?
