OK, Cooked for 1 hr and 10 minutes(beginning with "turn on" the smoker)@ 250. Used approximately 2oz of wood and cooked 5 brauts. Had plenty of smokey taste and came out great. Placed on grill only long enough for grill marks. I doubt you would need more wood even if you smoked several dozen.
Half the fun is playing around with the times and temperature. I was in a hurry or probably would have smoked @ 225 like I do everything else!

I prefer my own brats, but putting them in the smokett cold, about 2 ounces of your choice of wood, and smoke at 225 for about 2 hours, or until they reach 160 and they are delicious. I usually use a thermometer, dangled through the smoke hole, inserted into the center of a link for positive cooking safety.
