I'd email Fast Eddy and see who he ships to out there.
We have a couple of regulars that run commercial operations and Carcass Cookers,a KCBS team is from there.
That might get you started.

The Rocky Mountain BBQ Association does a big group buy each winter. Last year we purchased 4 tons of pellets. You can contact me at mwelte at gmail dot com. There is a good group of people here in Colorado that cook on FE's and Traegers.
