Smoked 4 slabs of baby backs today. Got them from Sam's Club.Put the dry chicken rub plus 1 half my own rib rub on overnight, smoked them for 4.5 hours and then added a light brushing of sauce.Turned out great with meat really tender and easy off the bone.I used cherry and pecan for a lighter smoke and was well pleased.Another CS victory! Big Grin
