My son and his friend are trimming the bushes for me, so I've thrown 3 racks of baby backs (6.2 lbs,
Cookshack Rib Rub) into my Elite. Temperature at 225* preheated and smoking with hickory. Everyone has requested smoked beans again so I'll throw some more already baked beans into a disposable tin (a little brown sugar and a little garlic) and then in the smoker with about 2 hrs left for the ribs.
