I was just reading here last night about the smoker going bang, I never had it happen till 10 minutes ago, I had a rack of ribs on for 40 minutes and was looking at the smoker out the sliding door and BANG, much larger explosion than I thought it would be, I'm glad I wasn't standing next to it would have had to change my shorts!!!...lol, now I know why the smoker has that Fort Knox door handle!!
