I was looking through the archives yesterday and came across a post that was a couple of years old. It was a discussion about "baby backs" and the crust on the outside of them.
When you responded to this post you included a link to "Manufacturing Bark on a CS"
Unfortunately , when I clicked on it there was no response....I guess it was not there anymore.
Could something like this be added to the 101's. I didn't know if you wanted to add something for CS owners only, but I have seen alot of posts lately that have asked about this subject.......just a thought

Ok, it worked this time when I clicked on it.....not sure why it didn't in the first place (there may have been a problem here on my end)...didn't really need to do the search first time around because the link was right there in front of me , but thanks for posting it once again.

It worked this time because I had to repair the link, so you weren't seeing things

Thanks for finding the problem. The forum is almost two years old and there are occassionally bad/missing links.
