We competed in our first ever competition this weekend in Council Bluffs, IA. We cooked on 2 FEC100's. We're very happy with the results of our first comp. We got walks in Ribs (3rd), Brisket (5th), Pork (7th) and finished 8th overall! Now we just need to work on our chicken.
