I have ideas on starting a BBQ joint(a year or two) and using a FEC. I'm kind of a face to face guy and would like to ask the owners some questions.....and taste their wares.
So does anybody own or know of a BBQ restaurant in NC,SC,Tenn,Va or Ga that uses a FEC?
Oh.....and the closer to Asheville the better, but I will travel quite a ways.
