BBQ joints using FEC in NC,Virginia,Tenn,SC or Ga

I have ideas on starting a BBQ joint(a year or two) and using a FEC. I'm kind of a face to face guy and would like to ask the owners some questions.....and taste their wares.

So does anybody own or know of a BBQ restaurant in NC,SC,Tenn,Va or Ga that uses a FEC?

Oh.....and the closer to Asheville the better, but I will travel quite a ways.

I think you will need to get ahold the guys at Cook Shack to find out that kind of info.

I'm looking at doing the same thing. But I already have my smookers to get things going. I just need everything else.

A FEC500, FEC100, and I'm ordering a second FEC100 next month.

I thought of calling Eddie, but didn't want to bother him during the holidays. Didn't know Cookshack would give out that info so I didn't think of calling them.

I'll get on that soon.

In the meantime if anybody wants to call out a couple its OK with me. LOL!
