1. Buy El Cheapo Brinkman (ECB). Cook on it for years until a). You really know how to BBQ, and b). You realize how much work an ECB is. Then:

2. Buy a Char-Griller side fire box and use for years. Whether or not you make any mods, realize a). This is way better than an ECB, and b). These overnight cooks are a lot of work. Then:

3. Buy a Cookshack AmeriQue, an FEC, and/or a WSM. Enjoy good cue with less effort.Or......
