I made up some sauce this last weekend based on a Carolina sauce recipe online. I didn't like it at first so I doctored it up. Everyone is raving about it so thought I would share it.
2 CUPS WHITE VINEGAR
2 CUPS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
4 TO 8 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR --TO TASTE
1 TO 2 TABLESPOONS CAYENNE PEPPER --TO TASTE
1 TABLESPOON HOT SUACE (TABASCO ETC.) WE USED FRANKS RED HOT.
2 TEASPOONS SALT
2 TEASPOONS BLACK PEPPER
3 BOTTLES (18 OZ) BULLSEYE
RED PIZZA PEPPERS --SHAKE TILL DESIRED
BOTTLE AND REFRIGERATE 2 DAYS.
