The way the Bar-B Q Shop,Interstate,and Neely's do it in Memphis is pretty basic.

Brown a med onion and a clove of mashed garlic in a couple Tbsp of butter.

Mix with a pound of cooked spaghetti.

Add a couple cups warmed pulled pork and about a cup warm memphis style sauce.

Add a little more sauce if you think it needs it.

Plenty of freshly ground pepper is essential.

Serve immediately.

Some chopped yellow onion on top,if requested.
