Hi,
I noticed Walmart is selling Beef back Ribs that look like large baby backs....'cept it is Beef. They are packaged in a cryovac and are cut as a slab of ribs.
Anyone ever cook one of these things? I imagine beef short ribs is what these are like...but they look just like small spare ribs/large baby backs.
How long do I cook these and are they worth the effort?
