Beef Rib Recipe

I haven't tried them, but Ribdog gave everyone lessons on beef short ribs.

I would bet they are good though!!!

Keep in mind that beef back ribs and beef short ribs are very different in how much meat they have on them and what section of the cow they come from. Most beef back ribs I have seen and cooked have very little meat on them.

Beef short ribs have more meat on them and they are from the chuck section on the cow.

I did beef back ribs the same way I smoked boneless beef ribs. Rubbed them and threw them in the AmeriQue for 3 hours. I liked the beef back ribs better but there just isn’t enough meat on the for the bother

The earlier threads discuss the fact that beef back ribs can rarely be found that are worth cooking.

Your supplier will make a world of difference.
