Anyone open or run a medium/small scale mom and pops Q restaurant and found selling beer and wine (sangria too?) worth the cost of a license? I love the idea of selling great fresh sangria and a ew bottles of beer but I don't know how much will sell, and if it's worth the "red tape". Good BBQ is not cheap like Mcdonalds so adding on another 3 bucks just for a beer is steep. Any thoughts?
