Does anyone know if you can use the familiar "Beercan Chicken" recipe with the Cookshack Smoker? I had an electric barrel smoker before purchasing my smokette and always had great results with the recipe on it.
I use the recipe that is found in the "Smoke & Spice" cookbook by Bill and Cheryl Jamison, but didn't know if it is the same recipe to use with the smokette. Simply put... chicken is seasoned with rub....transfered to smoker the next day.....sitting on top of can with beer,juice,lemonade.or some type of liquid filling the can halfway...bird is smoked until internal temp is within safety guidelines...
I appreciate any feedback on this...thanks everyone.
