This weekend two relatively new FEC100 teams walked to the stage to receive the admiration of their fellow non pellet cookers at Fire up your grill in Bentonville.

1st Place Ribs
Daddy Jack BBQ from Wichita

4th Place Pork
Daddy Jack BBQ from Wichita

7th place Brisket
Butcher BBQ from Chandler

10th Place OVERALL
Daddy Jack BBQ from Wichita

Great job with some very tought teams to be cooking against.

Daddy Jack has forgetton more about bbq than I'll ever know. He's been cooking on pellets for a couple years now, before that he had some of the original JedMasters. Congrats to Jack and Butcher BBQ on their calls.
