I prefer something cool and crunchy, like a really good coleslaw; cabbage, radishes (for crunch and some spice), and carrots (for sweetness), all shredded similarly and dressed with minimal mayo and sour cream, with rice wine vinegar to keep up the sweet/sour trend. Salt and pepper to taste, mix, and let set in the fridge an hour before mixing again and serving. And of course, for starch, if you dare, sweet potato fries, preferably in the Air Frier, very crisp and a little brown.
