We did this a long time ago, but now we have so many new members it will be fun to see what others like. I enjoy having a dark beer to complement my ribs (often several more). Tonight, however, I believe I will try something new with my ribs which I will be starting soon. Yes, champagne from my medicine cabinet. I believe Smokin will understand what I am celebrating. We'll find out if champagne and ribs are compatible.

I specialize in muscadine and blackberry wine. I finish it a little sweet. It is real good with steak, prime rib, ribs, etc.
