Pork Butts...in a Cook Shack are great.



And not trying to sell any, but just about everything can come out great, some just take more practice than others.

Briskets would be my second choice.

Poultry is great (if you don't worry about the skin and most people don't since they toss it anyway)

Ribs...I like them in my FEC over my other CS's.
