We know the best way to transport hot finished butts is to double wrap in heavy foil, then wrap in a thick beach towel and put in an insulated cooler. This works great.

But let's say the butts finish 2 or 3 hours before your guests arrive---what do you do? Do you use the cooler method or do you leave 'em in the oven? If so, what temp do you turn it down to?
