I read about this in the WSJ today.....All I have to do is convince the wife......Whole pig may be in my future! ( My Los Angeles neighbours will have a fit!)

I certainly wouldn't want any pig done that fast. And the outside of those are made of WOOD???

I'm just waiting for CS to make me an FE on the side instead of vertical so I can smoke a pig at home the right way...low and slow.
