Make check list for once the door is closed, use a magnet to hold it or have it close by somewhere!

1. Smoker plugged in
2. Smoker turned on
3. Lined bottom with foil
4. Poked hole in foil
5. Put drip pan under smoker
6. Put wood in wood-box
7. Probe is in the thickest part of meat
8. Batteries in probe are good
9. For those who partake, beverages are cold
10. Add what you'd like! Big Grin

I've done that a few times when I first got my smoker.

Decided to make a smoker stand where my drip pan is always in place.

Baltimore,

Love the stand!

Any chance I can talk ya into posting the dimensions of that thing for us?

Thanks!

Sure I can post the dimensions...very simple design really.

It's 3 feet wide and 2 feet deep exactly, as far as the hight?? I just made it comfortable for me being 6'2" and all.
