I have mod-150 has any one cooked mary bee biscuits in it?

Ps Bought it used had no owners man.How high will the temp go? has a 1500 watt element in it.

big,
my sm150 will only go to 300f.
haven't tried buscuits in it yet but don't think they would do to good.
for a manual click on home under the q above then click on customer service. you can download a manual there.
