As I remember...
It came in an opaque plastic bottle with a silhouette of a person wearing an apron and chef's hat in front of a stove.

Used this unknown brand of Blacken Seasoning for several years. Never knew the name but knew it when I saw it and tasted it. Our local grocery stopped carrying it and they are no help.

Can someone please help me identify the brand name of this product and/or where to buy it.. Life hasn't been the same since I ran out of that stuff. I've spent a small fortune on many different replacements but none are even close.

Hi Motu!

The popular Blackened Seasonings...Emeril, Prudhomme, Cachere, etc....are all VERY similar in their ingredients.

Here are 2 that I have used for years..these are also MUCH cheaper to make than paying for the stuff.

Hope it helps!

Stogie

I just don't have enough info to start with. Frowner

I've tried Purdhomme and Emeral and many others. Spent a small fortune. They are missing something. If I ever figure it out I'll let you know.
